My answer is,

PHASE 1:
As you may know, I was an #insurance producer from 2000 – 2010. Then, in 2010 I stopped selling insurance and became an independent Insurance #Consultant to commercial insurance buyers that typically pay $100,000 or more in P&C premium. I’ve been doing this for 13 years now and will continue to do this as I make a very, very lucrative living from it and I help Business Owners lower their premiums/costs in this role more (different) than I ever could as an agent/broker. What I’m doing now in PHASE 1 is creating a #Network of independent Insurance Consultants around the USA & Canada, through my Constructive Risk Network brand. Essentially, we are planning to revolutionize the entire insurance industry! I am building out PHASE 1 right now. Insurance Consultants earn between $100k – $350k annually, and our Business Owner clients save anywhere from 11%-17% using our services compared to not utilizing an independent Insurance Consultant.
PHASE 2:
About ten years ago I started getting hired by insurance agents and agencies to teach them about what Business Owners are looking for in an agent and — specifically — how to win a signed Broker of Record Letter from the prospect rather than offering quotes and hoping for the best. Currently, I have several agencies around the USA & Canada on annual retainer, many individual producers who hire me for 1-on-1 sales coaching, and digital courses which teach the BOR process. Here in PHASE 2, toward the end of Q4 of this year, I’m taking this part of my business to the next level. I’ll be bringing on a very select number of qualified P&C and EB insurance agencies and giving them exclusive territory rights in their state. I’ll be training their producers how to prospect more efficiently, win signed BOR’s, and develop a Micro-Niche focus in order to increase sales efficiency and accelerate revenue growth. Moreover, I’m going to be introducing these qualified agents to our PHASE 1 Consulting clients in order to take over their P&C and EB policies via #BOR and service the client in the most ethical and efficient manner. As an Insurance Consultant, I want the best broker servicing my client’s policies!

The end results for PHASE 1 and PHASE 2 will be a much better (more profitable) insurance policy renewal process for the insured, the broker, and the Insurance Consultant.
1️⃣ The insured will pay significantly less premium for their insurance and will now have the best agents around the country servicing their policies.
2️⃣ Insurance agents will quote less, win more loyal clients, and build a $1,000,000 or more Book of Business.
3️⃣ Insurance Consultants will earn a very lucrative living, work fewer hours, and experience more joy from their careers.
