Sales Training Services for Building Million-Dollar Insurance Producers

  1. I will work with, train, mentor, and coach each of the enrolled Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health producers for your entire agency or profit center, with the goal of helping them build a $1,000,000 or more Book of Business.
  2. My sales training will be directly focused on pre-prospecting activity, prospecting, appointment setting, closing the business, Broker of Record Letters, and how to specifically get the incumbent agent fired and your producers hired.
  3. I can conduct both group training and individual sales training, will be on retainer, and can be available to you and the enrolled sales producers I am working with — essentially — 24/7. I will be available to them by cellular phone, email, text, and virtually.
  4. Your entire agency and/or profit center will be given immediate access to the complete curriculum in my sales training, which currently includes the 12X YOUR BOOK WITH LINKEDIN digital course, the MILLIONAIRE PRODUCER SCHOOL digital course, and full access to my 12X COMMISSION MASTERMIND and Sales Training video library.
  5. Train and assist your enrolled producers in generating targeted sales leads (prospecting), building their books of business, and how to properly service an account to increase policy retention and cross sales.
  6. Assist in developing and maintaining a sales-focused and sales-competitive culture across your enrolled personnel/staff.
  7. Train and assist your enrolled producers in the creation, tailoring, and/or execution of marketing campaigns, prospecting seminars, and other forums (on an “as needed” basis) in order to drive revenue opportunities tailored to your agency’s new business priorities, market areas, and micro-niche specializations.
  8. Provide ongoing insurance sales training consulting support to all of your enrolled producers as often as needed in order to assist the sales team in achieving their sales goals.
  9. Create an exclusive web portal on the Permission Network website with your agency’s name and brand logo, that will include all accessible sales videos, sales training webinars, prospecting downloads, etc. created and tailored specifically for your agency.
  10. I will be your contracted Fractional Chief Sales Officer for no less than twenty-four (24) consecutive months, and then month-to-month thereafter (up until you cancel the services).

$20,500

Annual Investment for Sales Training for All of Your Agency Team Members


INCLUDES:

$750 Per Producer/Per Month for 1-on-1 coaching; minimum of TWO (2) Producers monthly. Annual investment of $18,000.

Annual investment of $2,500 Per Agency Profit Center for all-agency access to the 12X Commission Mastermind


This ALPHA Package provides the producers at your agency with a minimum of up to 156 both “live group coaching” and “live 1-on-1 coaching” sessions with Charles Specht.


Although additional producers may be added or removed each month, the ALPHA package requires a minimum of TWO (2) producers to be in the 1-on-1 coaching program each month.


Each appointed producer will receive WEEKLY 1-on-1 COACHING CALLS via Zoom with Charles Specht that will last approximately 30 minutes. THIS EQUATES TO UP TO FIFTY-TWO (52) COACHING SESSIONS ANNUALLY.


Your entire agency and/or profit center will receive full and immediate access to ALL of my digital courses, as well as unlimited annual membership in the group coaching 12X Commission Mastermind. THIS EQUATES TO UP TO ONE HUNDRED AND FOUR (104) ADDITIONAL COACHING SESSIONS ANNUALLY.


Each appointed producer will have 24/7 ACCESS to Charles Specht via email, text, and cellular. Essentially, Charles will be “on retainer” with the individual producers appointed to the monthly training to answer any and all questions they have.

$550 Per Producer/Per Month for 1-on-1 coaching; minimum of FIVE (5) Producers monthly. Annual investment of $33,000.

Annual investment of $2,500 Per Agency Profit Center for all-agency access to the 12X Commission Mastermind


This OMEGA Package provides the producers at your agency with a minimum of up to 260 both “live group coaching” and “live 1-on-1 coaching” sessions with Charles Specht.


Although additional producers may be added or removed each month, the OMEGA package requires a minimum of FIVE (5) producers to be in the 1-on-1 coaching program each month.


The OMEGA plan includes everything the ALPHA plan offers. The main difference is the number of your producers Charles Specht works with for 1-on-1 coaching in any given month.
