Can I brag about my client and friend, Alexis, for a minute?
She’s an insurance agency owner down in Miami with a predominately personal lines agency. She wants to write more commercial insurance and so she hired me for some coaching.
She’s already super successful. Her agency has several thousand policies under the roof and her brand has a “luxury” appeal to it. But as you know, personal lines is high-touch, low-premium, and therefore a low-profit class of business.
We started going through the exercise of finding the perfect, most-profitable hashtag#MicroNiche for her. However, she wasn’t — by any means – going to abandon personal lines (her team would still focus in that area). But we needed to find a good commercial match for her personally and her carriers.
Well, we found it … and it has gone very well for her so far!
But, I’ll let her tell you the story. And it’s a wonderful story!
